When you place an online order, a confirmation email is sent automatically to your email address.
If any item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to advise you of the approximate date of dispatch.
You will receive an email about the dispatch date and the mode of delivery after the goods are dispatched.
If you do not receive the goods within 2 working days after the dispatch date, please email us on email@example.com or call us on 0845 504 8150 between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Any complaint made later than 7 days from dispatch will not be accepted as valid. Please supply the invoice/order number in any communication.
Prices & Payments:
Our advertised prices do not include delivery. The price of the goods may be changed from the one advertised. Please confirm the price before you order.
Khealth only accepts payment by cheque, credit card or debit card. Payments are taken at the point of ordering.
We use the latest technology to protect your credit card information and do not release it to any outside organization. You can place your orders using secure encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions) or you can fax or post your card information to us. Any losses sustained by the transmission of personal information by e-mail or Internet links shall be borne exclusively by you.
We remain owners of the goods you purchase until you have paid for all of them in full. We can retrieve and resell them if they are not paid for. This applies to all goods we supply to you and to any money owing in respect of any transaction with you.
Khealth accepts VISA (Debit or Credit), MASTERCARD (Debit or Credit), VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO & JCB.
We will ship to the address of the registered cardholder only
For payments to be processed without any problems please make sure that the name on the card (and address) are same as the name and address of the registered cardholder.
CVV – Credit Card Validation(/Verification) Value is an anti-fraud security feature to help verify that you are in possession of your credit card. For Visa/Mastercard, CVV number is the last 3 digits printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately after the card’s account number.
Payment cannot be processed if any of the details above are provided incorrectly.
We use different forms of delivery methods which have different charges.
On all orders up to £ 30.00 we charge £ 5.00 for standard delivery which can take up to 3 days. Orders over £ 30.00 get standard delivery for free. Standard delivery is to suitable ground floor areas.
We cannot guarantee a delivery time when a customer uses our standard delivery service.
Please notify us in advance if you have any special delivery requirements - there will be an additional charge.
If the goods do not arrive or are incomplete, are the wrong goods or are damaged when you open them, you must tell our Customer Services Department within 7 days of receipt or expected delivery - telephone us on 0845 504 8150.
After delivery you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or damage.
You have the right to change your mind and you can therefore cancel an order within 7 days of receiving the goods you have ordered. This cancellation has to be done in writing and has to be agreed by our Customer Services Department.
All products are subject to availability.
Backordered products include items that are not currently in stock. In most cases these items are on order from the manufacturers. In some cases we are awaiting or researching stock information from one or more of our suppliers.

If for any reason we determine that a backordered item will no longer be available, we will notify you immediately by e-mail to cancel your order or you may choose an alternative product.
We keep an adequate stock of most of the items in our catalogues, if the item(s) you ordered is in stock your order will be dispatched after payment is confirmed.
Guarantee & Liability:
You get the benefit of the manufacturer’s warranty in respect of all the goods we sell.
Please note that we do not provide any warranties ourselves in respect of the goods and we exclude any warranties express or implied by statute, common law or of any other kind.
We are willing however to sell you an additional top-up warranty to supplement the manufacturer’s warranty.
We are resellers to customers and as permitted under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 we exclude liability for claims regarding the quality or fitness for purpose of goods or otherwise which consumers can make under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.M
We do not accept any liability for indirect or consequential losses or loss of profits.
We sometimes monitor or record telephone calls for training purposes.

VAT Exempt orders cannot be placed on the website, and we cannot accept requests for VAT exemption after an order has been placed.
We will be able to take VAT Exempt orders over the telephone or in our showroom accompanied by a VAT Exemption Form.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person or company for any reason.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions are declared void for unfairness pursuant to the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations 1999, the remaining contract shall only continue to bind the parties if it is capable of continuing in existence without the unfair terms.

Refund and Returns Policy:
Please notify us of any discrepancies or damaged goods within 7 days from the date of delivery. In case you may wish to return or exchange items (unwanted, faulty or damaged) you can find details of how to return or exchange below.
You can return all goods for exchange or receive a refund, if you do so within 28 days from the date of delivery. All items must be returned with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN), details of how to obtain one are contained below. Please note that the goods must be returned in their original condition and with all packaging intact.
We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of the date of your request for a Returns Authorisation Number.
If the goods delivered are faulty or have been damaged in transit, then we will either exchange the goods free of charge, or give you a full refund including delivery costs, providing the goods are returned to us within 7 days of arranging a Returns Authorisation Number.
Unwanted items can be returned to us at your own cost for a full refund.
Khealth will not accept returns for any non-faulty items which are not in their original and re-sellable condition.
Khealth will not accept returns for any goods after 28 days from the date of delivery.

All exchanges are offered subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges.
Exchanged items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

How to return or exchange an item:
In order to facilitate the return of your items you must contact us first, either by phone, fax or e-mail in order to inform us of your intentions and to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). This must be done within 28 days from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns if this procedure is not followed.
We will advise you whether we will collect the goods or whether we expect you to send the goods back to us at your own cost.
Please ensure that you enclose a copy of your invoice or a copy of your delivery note with the items you are returning along with a note giving the reason for the return or the exchange. Please then wrap the package safely & securely to be ready for return.
The Return Authorisation Number should be written on the parcel, on your enclosed paperwork or on the return-shipping label.
For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Khealth.
All items must be returned to us following these guidelines above before a refund or replacement is issued.
Refunds to you will normally be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. The refund will go back to the card that was initially used in the transaction the refund applies to. If the transaction was not paid for by card you will receive a refund in the form of a cheque.
Your refund will not be in full if you cancel your order after 7 days of receiving your goods. In the case of receiving faulty goods or cancellations within 7 days of receiving the goods you will receive a full refund (please see above explanations).
